We’re grateful you’ve chosen our store, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because every item is made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right.
Issues With Your Order?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift items, sale items, or if incorrect size was selected.
Cancellations or Order Changes
Because your item begins production quickly, cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order enters production and cannot be modified.
