How long does it take to make and ship my order?

A: Every item is made to order with care. Please allow:

  • Processing: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Shipping: 5–9 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–30 business days

During peak seasons or holidays, shipping may take a bit longer.

📦What are your shipping methods and locations?

A: We work with trusted fulfillment partners across the U.S., including locations in Kentucky, Maryland, and Louisiana. This helps us ship efficiently and reduce delivery time.

Your items will ship via USPS, DHL eCommerce, or other reliable carriers based on your location and what you've ordered.

Multiple Items? No Problem. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on where they're fulfilled and production timing. This is completely normal, and you won't pay any extra shipping fees.

A: Yes! You can ship directly to a friend or loved one by entering their name and shipping address at checkout. We never include prices, invoices, or promotional inserts in our packages—your order will arrive beautifully gift-ready.

A: Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, all customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with custom scripture verses, names, or personal messages.

  • Items that were incorrectly produced (our error)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly. For non-custom items, they must be unused and in original condition for return.

Package Shows "Delivered" But You Don't Have It? This happens sometimes! Here's what to do:

  • Ask neighbors if they received it by mistake
  • Contact your local post office—they may have additional details

Lost Package? If your package is truly lost, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, DHL, etc.) as they handle the investigation process.
